Maybe Elite Cheer and Dance doesn't have small limited? Which would put ACE Lady Warriors & Top Dog as the final 2 at-large's, and Just Cheer as the final partial paid. I only put a list together of the ones I had heard anything about, but one person said Elite got an at-large and another says they got a partial, so I'm not sure.

I still don't get why they call partial paid bids PAID bids and then announce them as paid when they're not...That annoys me for some reason.
