Stretches For Scorpion

Okay so i have been trying to get my scorpion really good for my upcoming competition but right now its just borderline dorito. the only thing i can think of is stretching out bridges but thats what i have been doing all year and its not giving results. Has anyone got any great tips and stretches they can share with me because a needle is my goal before the end of this cheer season, (don't judge if you think its unrealistic, i can dream :) )
 
I don't think it's unrealistic at all! Make sure your splits are down flat, if they're not, work on that first. Once they are start doing "super" or "over" splits, (put your foot on something higher than the floor, such as books or something, and lean back and try to grab your leg. Also do splits in the doorframe, and push yourself up so you practically are doing a needle :) pm me if you have any questions, oh and LOTS AND LOTS of bridges!!
