All-Star Superstitions

Maybe not a superstition, but my team last year (for the last 3 competitions) had to hit a tech run (no tumbling) in the practice gym or else we wouldn't hit on the floor.

Whenever i watch orange i have a certain spot i have to stand in. I ALWAYS freak out about somebody taking my spot.

Coach has to smack CP on the forehead right before they go on! Started at her very first comp. She was standing beside the coach who turned around and accidentally hit CP on the forehead. They took first and grand champion. So the tradition was born. This year we are at a new gym that is much larger. I felt ridiculous having to text her coach the day before our first comp and say "This is so and so's mom. Please hit her in the forehead right before they go on!" She texted me back "Wait, what? You mean actually hit her?!" I had to explain the tradition. So now our new coach is hitting her on the head too!
