i'm pretty positive it is. i know if anyone on a certain team made a shirt we can't put the logo on it so i think it is

I do have to say however, I was in there recently and saw a lot of college gear which would have their logo's copyrighted as as well... maybe they got permission? ASK! I still don't understand though, people buy college gear because college's are extremely well known and popular... how many people would actually know what USA Wildcats are?

I'm going to buy it one way or another before action is taken and they are all gone. For $4.50 I don't care who made it. I do think the whole thing is very funny though.

1. How did they get our logo?
2. What would possess them to print a shirt with our logo and try to sell it?
3. It's not on the website only in this one store I believe

its only $4.50!! i wish they would make one for all my favorite gyms! i could have a nice CEA, Rays, WC, TG, CALI, CA, SoT, EC, GT, MT, and TnS shirt all for under 50!
