All-Star Tradition At Stingrays

For a few years now at the end of the last practice, the seniors do their last tuck at Stingrays. Tonight was Smoke and Spice seniors. Lots of tears. The person talking is Casey Jones, but it is hard to hear him. Yeah, he got a little emotional. So did I.

watching this makes me want to cry, although i dont have a video ill never forget the feeling of walking out of my gym and thinking that i had just had my last practice there after all the days and hours i had spent there. its def a feeling i wont forget

that gave me chills! this kinda thing doesn't happen in the UK because ages aren't cut off at 18 (a lot of us didn't start cheering until we were 18). now I'm a coach, I'm starting to think a lot about building tradition for my team. this is really emotional.

Wow, I bet that's such an emotional rollercoaster. I remember the last competition of my season, I cried like a baby. When you're heart is set into something so deeply, it's rough to know you have to move on. I bet that's the hardest tuck any of them ever had to do.
