Varsity Rule For Tumbling.....

What does everyone think of new rule that a team only has to have seventy five percent tumblers..........so a team of 20 where everyone tumbles to the highest difficulty is scored the same as a team who has only 15. My daughter has been on teams where everyone tumbles and also a team where 2 or 3 do not, so I am mixed on this.

I don't like it. I think that you should only be on the level that mirrors your tumbling skills. I say this with a 7 year old that is learning her tuck and wants desperately to be on a level 3 team. Plus I don't like to see those kids in the back just marking spots during the tumbling. It's almost a guarantee that your child will be in the back majority of the routine.
