• extra shirt (for hard conditioning days)

for compeition i have

• warm ups! (jacket and pants)
• topgun shirt and shorts
• ipod and cell phone and camera
• two VERY lucky bows (ones blue with a crown and the other looks like a shootingstars bow )
• uniform
• dr.pepper and starburst (have to get hyper somehow)
• and for away competition somewhere in there is my hotel key

You guys are hoarders! My bag consists sweatpants, socks, water, hair/makeup stuff, and a t shirt. How the heck do you carry bags with so much stuff?

Everyone blames their back problems on cheerleading but I really think its from carrying these heavy bags around. I bring flip flops in my nfinity case. Then in a small back pack, hairspray, hair pins, hair ties, brush, makeup bag, water, phone and money.

I've never broughten a bag to practice either. I usually just carry in my water and phone or whatever, and am wearing the clothes I'll need,

I've had stuff stolen that's why i bring a bag but its your choice and its usually a small book bag with my gyms label , nothing fancy
