Ok I was looking at this tumbling pass and it started as a Bhs and half way through she did a half turn and ended it like a fwo. What is this called? Is it hard?

I've never done them myself but I think it's a gymnastics beam skill. If you want to learn one I think you'd probably have to go to a gymnastics gym unless your coach has gymnastics qualifications as it's not generally something that's done in cheer.Another question! Are these difficult to do? Cause I'd love to incorporate it into my pass!

I'm on a 4. I wasn't planning on doing it standing. I was planning on incorperating it into my running pass.Not sure what level you are, but something to note is that an Onodi is not legal until level 4 for standing tumbling. Just a heads up.
