Parent Teams are exhibitioning, therefore they can really do anything.

Parent teams are so much fun to watch at comps I think all gyms should have them! One of my favorites to watch in the past on and off the mat has been Crimson Heat, the parents from that gym are beyond supportive of their athletes and each other.
