    Are you ready for the 10 min @cheerfittraining ab workout EVERY cheerleader should be doing? – Oblique twists

    – Mountain climbers

    – Double crunches


    – Plank hold – go as long as you can (as you’re doing your planks, remember what you are PLANKFUL for!!
