I started cheer two years ago at university and I'm now on a senior coed level 5 team. I am a level 5 flyer however my tumbling is more like level 3\4 and I think its highly doubtful you'll have a full in a year, strength and correct conditioning is key which takes a lot of time and practice. Would your gym consider letting you on without the level 5 tumble skills? (I'd focus on getting a jump to tuck before any hardcore running passes)
