All-Star New Uniforms 2015-2016 Season

Why oh why did this take so long? Fame had that when my kids were there in 2009-10... It's the 2015-16 season and someone is JUST NOW saying, "Hey, that's a pretty good idea"?

This is like when Starbucks introduced cold brew earlier this year like it was something new they invented. I was a barista in 1995 and we were making cold brew.

I actually had this type of skirt in 2009-2010 if it's what I think we're talking about

in the past 2 years I have seen uniforms in the uk go from £70 to £100plus and it's ridiculous. I thought the price was ok until I started ballroom and Latin dance. I can get both my dresses altogether with stones for £100 for both and that is a lot more fabric than a cheer uniform

It's more than the colors because I happen to love their colors. What I don't like about MACS that I liked about Storm, is that MACS is too busy. Storm was simple and clean with a little touch of sparkle and accents.

MACS looks like they had 10 design ideas that might have looked good separately and through them together onto the top, the mystique especially throws me off. If this was the EXACT same as far as design on the uniform top, I would love this one too.

Eta: although I haven't seen the back of Storms uniform so my opinion might change after that. It looks like they have the same stripes on the backs of the arms which doesn't really bother me. It's the racerback/ strip across the shoulder blades/ everything else going on that makes it look messy to me. But again, the mystique on MACS is what bothers me on the front..there's too much for my liking.

Here you can see the back of our uniforms At first we really wanted the backs to be maroon (our main color), but this wasn't possible because the back piece is connected to the two lines that goes over the shoulders and we wanted those lines to become contrasts from the main color in the front. We have to "lines" on the arms, one silver and one white.

This is mye first time designing a uniform (with help of course) and I was terrified that it would end up looking awful, but I'm actually very happy with how it turned out, and I can't wait to see all of my girls shine in these uniforms!

CP's last uniform was a skort, and the fit was terrible. It rode up on just about everyone and looked terrible. On top of that, most girls found that the shorts themselves were too loose and short, so they ended up wearing another pair of hot pants underneath the attached shorts. Of course, with the skirt riding up and the shorts being loose, everyone's undershorts were showing, and because it was an unanticipated issue, there wasn't a single gym wide undershort, everyone just wore what they had. They were so sloppy looking, and I cringe at some comp photos.

All I can think of is the poor flyers back after being caught with those on the uniform...

It looks like it's a TG uniform but I'm not sure if it's just for their look book or an actual uniform TG will use.
