Cp's team got new uniforms last year so I am not worried about what is coming down the pipe. One thing I heard about them though is that before they were designed, the girls on the team were asked what features would like in a uniform and one of the main things everyone agreed upon was that they should be able to wear a regular sports bra without worry. Cp was fitted for hers the other day and she said it was so comfy!

I think we've reached a point where I'd pull my hypothetical child from gyms debuting these uniforms...

And once again I only have one word; Nope!

Oh please God no... at least wait until my hangover is gone before you let me see things like that...

Whyyyyyyyy??? Why the back? Why the random purpleiiish random mesh on the stomach??? Why the white and gold on the side??? This is another case of "the skirt/shorts are nice" but the top is whatever.

This uniform would've been so great without the completely absent back and the awkward stomach mesh on the kids. Also - why does one kid have a skirt and the other one has shorts? Will all younger teams have both or will there be a short/skirt cutoff team? These are the questions I have running through my brain.

On an unrelated note, I think the sleeves are stunning, so props on that at least.

It looks like the little girl on the right has on the body suit minus the skirt. Maybe they didn't have another skirt for her to wear. ;)

There's rhinestones on the leg though. I doubt they would put rhinestones there if it wasn't meant to be seen. I'm thinking its actually shorts.

Could be a one piece romper like the dresses some programs have done in the past for mini/tiny teams

Wow...imo the back is just inappropriate. We can debate the front, sleeves, skirts etc but that back is just a no. So scared now as my daughter is due for a new uniform this year. Someone designed, approved and reproduced that and some parents and cheerleaders are probably thrilled right now...scary

So, we fitted for uniforms yesterday, sight unseen. Here's hoping we get something good.

A question for someone with experience with the Varsity boy leg Leo's:
My CP's girth measurement is exactly what girth is listed as for a regular in her size. Should we go for the long? I am worried that it will be too short when she tumbles. Do they just add the 2 inches for the log yo the bottom, or would it effect the fit of the shoulders ect?

We have Varsity boy leg bodysuits with crotch snaps. The long added an inch in the sleeves and the torso. Not just at the bottom. Ended up getting a new one (from the used uniform sale) because my CP grew 3 inches last year.

Hope that helps.

Love the front of the full top.

They could have at least filled the back with purple mesh (since it seems like opaque back fabric is too much to ask for these days).
