Levels 1-4, YE, JE and R5 practice once a week. Coed usually practices every other Wednesday plus Sunday night. SE practices Wed and Sunday. Plus their tumbling day. There are certainly exceptions to this leading up to big competitions like Cheersport, NCA, UCA and Worlds. Our tuition also includes a team tumbling day as well so......if you do 2 teams plus a day of team tumbling you're still in the gym only 3 days!!!

Edited to specify
Interesting. I just posted the question on another thread about why so many teams. All our years minimum 3 days in the gym with one team. Plus extra for privates. Interesting formula but CSP must have figured out something because it seems to work

At or gym Tiny through Senior do a 2 day skills camp in the summer (9-5) and then another longer practice for dance choreography at the end of summer (Tiny's just have dance choreography is taught during a regular practice).

We are going to have 2 days of skills, 2 days of Choreo in the late summer and 2 addl days of Choreo in dec/jan. I believe roughly 7 or 8 hour days

Level 5 would have 2 days with a lunch break (8am-5pm) One of which was primarily the opener through elite sequence, and the second would usually be running tumbling and pyramid. And then one final third day for dance which would be like 9am-till whenever he finished

Level 4 would have one day with a lunch break (8am-5pm) of learning the routine, and another second for any last minute touches, finish whatever spilled over, and then the rest of the day for the dance

Levels 2 and 3 would have the same situation as 4 but it was with one of our coaches rather than an outside choreographer so they weren't as concerned or pressed for time to get everything done - so anything that didn't get done and most of the dances were finished at normal practices

Tiny and Minis had 1 saturday morning camp from 8am-11am and then learned the rest of their routines during regular practices

While we're on the practice topic -
Senior/Junior Levels 5, 4, 3, 2 - two days a week (2hr and 2.5hr)
Youth 2 - two days a week (2hr)
Mini 1 - two days a week (1.25hr)
Tiny 1 - one day a week (1.25hr)

Every team athlete is required to take a 1hr tumbling class every week

When I cheered it was 6-8 hours each day for a weekend, and then if anything needed to be updated over the course of the season.

Does anyone know if PCM Envy is Small senior 5 this season? Or are they still restricted?
Their Facebook says they are looking for two more to make this worlds sr5 team, so I am guessing they are not going restricted this year. Not sure if they are trying for small or medium though.
