Is that a lot? My daughter's team practices 4-6 times a week

I haven't heard of teams that regularly practice that much, maybe the week before big comps. CA practices twice a week. I've heard that CEA teams practice 1x a week. 3x a week is higher than what I normally hear for regular practices.

They do 3x a week from June till October but then they go 4-6 times a week all comp season. Before Majors and NCA it was 6-7 times a week. No joke

Jeez, that's insane. I'd be worried about injury risk and burnout with that much. Maybe that's just the PT in me though haha

Since we were moving to the area, I looked at their website (GA Allstars). They have practice 3 times a week! That put me off. But maybe it helps make them successful?

That's a lot.

2x per week in a 2.5 hour block is plenty if you use your time effectively. Maybe add a third day during comp season but 6x week?

I think they have 3 times a week all the time but I could be wrong. Nevermind. I'm happy with 2 times a week at our gym.

And... talking about uniforms. Rays new half year uniforms might be unveiled tomorrow!

Stunning. The font isn't my favorite and the spider web Back is odd to me, can't put my finger on why though. However, it's clean, athletic, and hallelujah you can wear a bra.
