i do agree program does need to be defined so we can enforce the rules we already have.

I believe a program needs to be defined as well. The small gyms come together as of right now bc the gyms that are large and have 4 or more gyms combine those gyms to make the best teams and they dont have the same EIN number as of right now. So I agree with the EIN and if they make this a rule I will stop combining with small gyms to make an international team!!!

What am I supposed to tell her??? This will deflate her if it passes. Oh and she just got her standing 2 to whip double. Vote NO on 38!!

I feel like this proposal just changes the progression issue to levels 4 to 5 instead of 3 to 4. As it currently stands there is a big progression jump from level 3 series standing bhs to level 4 standing to layout. Passage of this fixes that progression but makes the jump in standing skills in levels 4 to 5 out of progression. Either way, there's a jump in progression between 2 levels.

I'm not in favor of this proposal, but either way there's a level that's making a huge jump progression wise.

Level 4 and 5 standing skills move down one. Level 4 standing would only end in a tuck and Level 5 would only end in a full.
