guess what. the worlds judges don't care how they performed at other competitions. it only matters what you put out on that sunday.

if youre gonna compare these teams, make sure the competition is a week before worlds and not 4 months before -__-

also note that f5 did not hit at jamfest or nca. and no im not being biased to f5 because my favorite teams in this division is spice, tusnami, and generals.

AMEN! This division is anyones game! Rumor has it that Generals routine has cleaned up drastically and Spice is going to KILL the score sheet in execution!

i'm waiting for the day when a team will have two routines .. a day 1 routine , and a day 2 routine.

Having a small dog in the fight I wish everyone had new routines for worlds they just learned.... (But us).

Never understood at an execution competition why people would try completely new routines. That's more an allstar challenge thing.

I will be interested to see how Spice scores against some of the other teams in LSR. Especially since the worlds score sheet is so execution heavy!
And you KNOW I agree with with you the "new routine" "new uniforms" before worlds theory. I just watched a girl eat the concrete on the back of the mat because "Almighty" coach decided to change the routine two weeks before, and the girl had never thrown her ST 3 to double pass full out in practice....

On behalf of some of the members of the Teal Army (Ninja Subdivision), I would like to politely question why it's automatically assumed that because I put SE as my favorite team (in various forms), that it's an automatic assumption that I hate/don't like/disregard the talent of other teams? I mean, yes it's obvious that some people are die-hard fans of certain teams (insert name here), yet as long as it's NOT SE, it's ok and the rest of us are just 'fair-weather fans'? Why was there never a 'Cali Bandwagon Fans' discussion after they beat TG? Just because we're suddenly more educated about cheer as a whole and more in love with a certain team now than we were before doesn't mean I'm going to take a WCSS girl's bow and burn it in front of her.. YES, I like SE and I choose them as my winner, most of all because their routine setup/skills hit the worlds scoresheet VERY well, they have catchy v/os, and a good season track record of pulling out wins in crunch-time, something their competitors have struggled with in particular this season. It's not that I don't think the other teams aren't good, I just think SE is better. How does that make me a ZombieFan? *This is meant in the most polite way. Really.*

With Spice its a bit of a crapshoot. Its out senior open 5 kids and green kids. They are just so happy to go and their goal is to just hit. They don't really have the pressure to win as much as they just have the joy of getting to go to Worlds! Whatever happens if they hit we will be happy. Others, if its not 1st place its a failure. That's a lot of pressure. Add that to a new routine and new uniforms and it just seems like unnecessary extra pressure.

The only thing that really bothers me about WCSS's routine is the fact that there is ONE girl in the group that does the running doubles to the front that fulls.

And after reading this whole thread, that's all I have to say.

Just like Senior Elite disguises running fulls within their running doubles. Oh, and you gotta love the faked standing fulls they throw.

A few bad apples can really spoil the bunch. Unfortunately, a lot of the die hard Senior Elite fans are new to cheer, under the age of 13 and their version of spreading the teal love involves blasting WCSS, F5 and any other large senior team. Also, the Senior Elite fans can be a bit extreme at times (haha) and let me tell you it's not Justin Bieber that annoys me, but rather his overly obsessed fans.

The new uniform thing is alawys interesting to me. I'd like to see a comparrison of top finishes with a new uniform as compared top finishers with a uniform they've used all season.

Thats GREAT though, because thats how worlds should be! I feel like many teams get caught up with the hustle-and-bustle and forget that its an HONOR just to be competing that worlds!
