Didn't F5 change their stunt sequence, partially at Atlantis. I heard full squad ball ups. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong, I have assumed crash position!
I think so. I watched the video and at first it looked like they all did straight up heel stretches, but I doubt that's true haha! If they are ball ups, they don't "ball" very much :p

On behalf of some of the members of the Teal Army (Ninja Subdivision), I would like to politely question why it's automatically assumed that because I put SE as my favorite team (in various forms), that it's an automatic assumption that I hate/don't like/disregard the talent of other teams? I mean, yes it's obvious that some people are die-hard fans of certain teams (insert name here), yet as long as it's NOT SE, it's ok and the rest of us are just 'fair-weather fans'? Why was there never a 'Cali Bandwagon Fans' discussion after they beat TG? Just because we're suddenly more educated about cheer as a whole and more in love with a certain team now than we were before doesn't mean I'm going to take a WCSS girl's bow and burn it in front of her.. YES, I like SE and I choose them as my winner, most of all because their routine setup/skills hit the worlds scoresheet VERY well, they have catchy v/os, and a good season track record of pulling out wins in crunch-time, something their competitors have struggled with in particular this season. It's not that I don't think the other teams aren't good, I just think SE is better. How does that make me a ZombieFan? *This is meant in the most polite way. Really.*

Well, really, I meant that you are just a big old troublemaker :p Seriously though, most times it's not members of the gym, team, family ect that start drama. I used WCSS and CEA as an example, because there's a lot of fans of both teams, and some of them are quite vocal. That element of a teams fans that cannot accept that someone else might possibly do something better is what drives me up a wall. I have friends from each of the Big3 teams. I cherish those friendships. They are some of the nicest, craziest, most fun people in the world. My issue has always been, and will continue to be, any fan that proceeds to try and raise their team by belittling another. It's most often the fans that are living vicariously through their chosen team that start trouble.

On a potentially related note of things that bother me, I'm also amused by fans who use the word "we" or "us" in conjunction with the team. For example, WE are going to win worlds! That team has nothing on US! Always brings a little chuckle considering they aren't actually a part of that team in anyway, but that's just my odd sense of humor :D

All three routines are so stacked. But I'd have to say each team definitely "owns the throne" of different individual sections in their routines, so it's hard to compare. Honestly, it really depends on how the scores add up from a judge's point of view (and if they all hit!)

I've already paid off three Worlds judges for Spice to win...I kid I kid...
Seriously though, the last few years we have all complained that people fall at Worlds and still get top 3. I think this is the 1st year that if one of the Big 3 drop at any time, it could be a game changer. That is why I am putting my money on Spice. Rays hit, they are just like Spirit...you give them a month in the gym and when you see them again, it's s totally different team. Maybe not 1st but definitely top 3.
If all Big 3 hit, which would be epic....I would say Stars, CEA, F5...unless CEA does something to shock us again like the ball up 360...then they will not only own the throne but the army will paint the castle teal.

They competed the ball up 360 before worlds though..at BATB i think

I have this argument with my brother every year during college basketball. He will root for his favorite team and say "well we did this.." "we did that..." and I will look at him and say "we? when did you join the team or start paying tuition to that school?"

If you are NOT on the team or even part of the program then you are NOT a "WE" or an "US".

I'm a little confused as to why CEA keeps being referred to as so consistent. They have dropped in finals for the last 3 years. That's I think where teams like Spice and WCSS are going to have the upper hand.

Pride in a team or program doesn't bother me. I'm more bothered by bamdwagon jumpers than people who say we. Its sports! Fans are important!

Wow, thank god. For a second there I thought I had lost a little sass. *whew* (Side note: for some reason it let me enlarge your green smiley, so I kept it to see if it would remain that way when I posted this reply. If it does I will be SUPER-PSYCHED!

But the thing is (and I'm just responding to you 'cause you were the closest): you can say that about ANY program's fans. If we judged every program by the few bad apples (particularly when we KNOW they're not from that gym/they're just idiots), nobody would like ANYBODY. To me, it's kinda a lame 'excuse.' It's like saying 'I know you have no relation to George W. Bush, but just because you voted for him in the last election and didn't laugh when he choked on a pretzel, you're probably his third cousin and a die-hard, Bible-beating Conservative who hates poor people and wants us all to starve and die via slave labor.'

I'll be the first to admit, I'm not the biggest..I don't know, Gymtyme fan (just picking a team). I don't respond to their routine style, and so if I see a post on them I usually avoid commenting unless I have something nice to say (which is usually about their amazing skills, or Pink's dance song WHICH I LOVE). Which I'd like to think that the MAJORITY of the posters on here DO, minus the few newbies who get on the wrong side of the board and we usually knock some sense into them pretty quick. I feel like this whole 'reverse-bashing' thing needs to go. Yes, we hate those crazy, uninformed cheer fan-whackjobs, but we should hate them BECAUSE they're whackjobs, not because of the team they support. I could say I know some RUDE Gymtyme fans (again, just picking them)..but 'disliking' an organization/team and saying 'a select few ruin my like of them' because of those crazies is, to me, just nonsense. Just own up and say you don't respond to their routine style. Done.

(Dear God, I need to stop writing books. I blame my thesis/paper-writing extravaganza. It's making me wordy..)

It looked normal :(

Seriously though, I do agree with you. It's generally not the "normal" fans, but the few really crazy ones that ruin it for the rest. While I try my best not to use broad strokes, even I will admit that it's not always that easy. I DON'T like those people.
