Well ours is different and I'll just tell you what I added up each month to be:

May: $185
June:$530
July:$350
August:$219
Sept:$285
Oct:$293
Nov:$110
Dec:$280
Jan:$110
Feb:$110
March:$130
April:$110

So I'm pretty sure it averages to $226 a month. That's all her team, competition, uniform, coaches fee an the optional tumble class added together.
You dont have to do the tumble class but since my daughter is on a team why not pay the extra $25 a month for the extra time tumbling!

Eta: Jr/ Sr teams are more! This is based off youth pricing

Initially my phone app wouldn't go to the first page only the last so I just added everything because I didn't know you were asking tuition only - sorry!!

Tiny/Mini are $50 month
Youth $85
Jr /SR $100

If you want the optional tumbling for 1hr a week it is an extra 25$ a month.
The reason the different tuitions is because
Tiny and Mini only practice for 1hr twice a week
Youth practice 2hr twice a week
Jr/Sr practice 3hr twice a week

They also give free flexibility classes and flyers are supposed to go&
Free strengthening classes for anyone!

And I'm in Tennessee! :)

In south/central Indiana, our local gym charges $98 a month for seniors, and I think $88 or $78 for youth. In addition to that we pay four $250 booster installments and about $350 for uniforms (we only get new uniforms every 5 or 6 years though). We don't really go to any comps anymore that require overnight stay so there are never really any travel expenses.
And that covers 4 hours of practice plus one hour of tumbling a week. It's so low because we only have 3 coaches.

Our tuition is somewhere between 78 and 98 dollars a month. That's one weekday practice, one weekend practice, and unlimited tumbling classes (which are offered every weeknight except Wednesday)

For Idaho cheer tuition is 145 a month for 4 hours of team and 1 hour of tumbling and then 745 for comp and coaches fees

just curious, which method do you prefer?? we are considering switching to an all inclusive type deal, but i'm afraid some parents will freak at the price jump!

We do the all-inclusive price, and nearly all of the parents MUCH prefer it. Just be sure to explain that it includes everything. It is helpful to list out the total cost for the year and compare it to those of gyms where you pay separately. Once parents understand that it SEEMS higher at first, but is actually not if you do the math. In the long run, it is just more convenient for the customer.

Downside for gym owners - the expenses (entry fees, etc.) are NOT evenly spread out throughout the year on the gym owner side. You can run into cash-flow issues if you are not careful. (If entry fees are spread out through April tuition, but you have to pay all of them by January - you are basically "fronting" the money hoping to get that back later.)

In response to that, we had to change our system to where it front-loads a little bit. We added $80/month to the first 4 months and took $80/month off of the last 4 months. It makes it slightly more confusing, unfortunately. However, without doing that, we would be paying tens of thousands in entry fees before we had collected that money.

Can gym owners just be required to take your class before opening a gym?

at my gym in florida it's around $200 a month. during the summer months it's in the $400's. the majority of the regular $200 is just paying to use the facility and then the rest goes to coaches.

As of now, the program that I coach at is $40 a month for 4 hours of team practice and an optional 1 hour tumbling class... Thankfully, our rent is EXTREMELY cheap and we only have 2 coaches! Hahah.

Rays is $125 but not all inclusive. Per kid (and per our packet) your booster club account will need $1600 (for entry fees and uniforms and what not). Ends up being $3100 total for the year cost (but not all goes to Rays).
