Where are you coming from?

Depends, if I go (and possibly my brother) to UTSA, my family will move somewhere between Stone Oak and Helotes, whereas if I go Texas State, we'll live around New Braunfels because either way, it's a 45 minute trip for my dad to work & my parents would prefer that I drive around 3o-40 minutes, but if we lived around NW San Antonio/Helotes and I went to Texas State, I think it'd be around an hour drive with traffic and vice versa from New Braunfels to UTSA. But now we're looking more at Texas State because they do offer a BFA in my brother's major (and I kind of just have to go with the flow).

Right now, we're looking at renting a house in NW San Antonio (because I might possibly have to go to Northwest Vista for my last 2 classes) though until we figure out where we should live permanently. None of us had ever even been to Texas before this, so trying to figure out where to live in a month for at least 12 months is kind of overwhelming (coming from a smaller state where I live only 2 hours from everything). My dad is already living there in a temporary situation and he's still having a hard time trying to find a house to fit all of us in because we have some "different" situations we have to think about.

Sorry for the double post, but I posted by Angelfish to give away on Craigslist (cause we can't move them) and I literally already have like 30 emails after only a couple of hours. I'm left wondering why so many people are creeping on Craigslist between 2am and 5am. And some of these emails sound shady, so I'm trying to pick the least shady sounding one (and a couple say they have like 100-150 gallon community tanks, so that would probably be better than just giving them to someone who wants to just stick them all in a tiny goldfish tank).

Good luck with your decision. They're both nice areas. NW SA, has more traffic/congestion, but also more shopping, etc. but either place is nice.
