SInce a large Majority of folks have Avatars of not their faces-myself included, I am guessing how would one even know who to look for???? I have probably passed many if not all, and didn't even know it.....How do we know who each other is??? I will start looking for folks when the comp season gets under way, and if i see someone with a Large crowd around them, i will stop and ask... hey are you????? Again, I would be excited to meet any and everyone!!! There are maybe 10 people on here, who I know who they are personally..... I hope to meet many of ya'll!!!:fro:

I don't know that I NEED to meet anyone. But I would love to know who's opinion I'm responding to when I post. Cause I'm sure there have been times I've stayed up all night defending NCA or USASF or WHOEVER because I assumed the posting reflected the opinion of the industry, when really it was just the opinion of the babysitter of a girl who's older sister cheered last year and is positive she got screwed out of the National Title with her squad.
Now, I'm NOT stating that the babysitter of the little girl who's older sister doesn't cheer doesn't deserve Clarity--but perhaps I could prioritize and we could grant her clarity tomorrow, after some sleep.

someone spotted me at a comp and I have no idea how... I must either be THAT fabulous or be giving out more info than I thought! (I did have my fierce bows on my bag, but I thought a lot of people had those...) I felt so cool. :D

ASCheerMan my name says it all :D So you know I'm no one important.

I can't even make a list of who I want to meet - it would take a whole page and I know I'd miss someone and they'd be like  "after all we've been through???" So I'll just say everyone! All I know for sure is this season I'm already scheduled to meet NEliteSteven (and my kids don't even cheer anymore!)

Note to self: change my avatar so I can argue with Justin more-without him running from me when I want to complain at competitions too... :D

Maybe start a thread before a comp and say okay fierce boarders stop by spot x and say hi to fellow fierce boarders. I know that with comps every one is on a different schedule so this may not work -- just a thought. Anyone have another idea, please share because mine is not so great. But I think it would be nice to meet some fellow fierce boarders - especially going to NCA this year for the first time.

Well keep in mind that while you may be defending USASF to a post from someone who has ulterior motives or is not really involved with cheer - your posts are read by many. Personally I have learned quiet a bit (in a good way) from your posts and I am a mom with 3 CPs in this sport who will be around for a long time and I appreciate the time you take to provide information and insight.
So if you ever wonder if you are wasting your time know you aren't wasting your time you are educating many people and presenting a valuable perspective :) The thing I like about this board is seeing perspectives from others like those in the industry, coaches, other parents and CPs themselves, even when I disagree with someone I still can learn more about the sport by trying to understand their view. So thank you for your time.
