Shoot. Half of our athletes injuries didn't happen at the gym in the first place. Broken arm falling into a door at home, broken collar bone in a soccer game, broken shoulder from the monkey bars at school, knee drama falling down the stairs at school, car wreck etc etc.It's a problem when someone says they "always" have injuries. With proper training conditioning and coaching shouldn't a team be able to go injury free?
