I saw them there and thought it was kinda weird. Not that they were there, but they were all dressed in Trinity attire (down to the gold sequined booty shorts) and they were videotaping random routines. Of course now that I think about it maybe they did that to look like competitors and get in free. I've known kids to do that.
Ummm .... yea ... they were looking a little rough I thought. The gold sequined booty shorts were a little bit shocking. Not competition attire appropriate at all.

From what I have read from all over - if these kids from the other gym showed up in black tie attire and ball gowns you guys would have a problem with that too. They are teens! Have you seen what kids wear to the mall? Let's stop with the cheap character assasinations and get back to what happened ON THE MAT!

Um, yeah. I would have had a bigger problem with black ties and ball gowns. That would have confirmed they were only there to draw attention to themselves. The outfits were fine for a competition -if you were competing. As I said before I suspect they did so to avoid paying entrance fees. Kids do it all the time. If my child wore something similar in public I would lock her up until she was 21.

What is questionable is all the drama that the said gym was in and even through all the accusations of harrassment, the KIDS show up! Weren't they they ones suffering as the ADULTS at that gym had claimed? And then the kids are hugging and sitting with the "bad guys"? I don't get. None of us will.

It is between the few involved and shame on us for providing the much needed speculation and added drama for a "reality" show.

I wonder if FB will get mention in this show?

You just proved my point. There would be no drama if the adults would stop peppering social media and "anonymous" posts hiding behind their keyboards. Ok for some to show up, but not others. Ok for some to wear certain things but not others. So essentially your insinuation (not to mention your post trail) demonstrates you are familiar with this whole drama. They showed up, who cares! They wore shorts, who cares? Did it affect you personally? No. You (WE) should be celebrating those kids were hugging and sitting together. Really?!!! For a sport that whines and complains and tweets to "End Bullying" you are precipitating the EXACT reason there is bullying in cheer! You are creating ridicule around what should be a great moment. A hatchet was buried? Great. Get over it, move on...

I was addressing the comments. I really don't give a rat's @$$ as it doesn't involve me or my kid. Sorry if you were personally insulted, Margaret.

This is FB not NY Times.

I would also like to just say to whoever the sweetheart girls from Top Gun, who stayed in priority seating to watch my little ones teams performance, and then asked her to take pictures afterward with them, completely made my daughters day. I've honestly never been a huge Top Gun fan, but I'm officially won over. :) That program has some great kids!!

I didn't get a chance to see a Top Gun Large CoEd Day 2 Video so this might answer itself if they did indeed wear them Day 2 but where are their capri uniforms???

I think another team in their gym is wearing them. International maybe? I'm not 100% sure though.

I kinda thought the same thing. I'm happy for her, but OMG, a little much.
its alittle much for someone who wasnt in her shoes and worked as hard as she did...dropped a stunt twice and still pulled off first....let her have her moment we respected second and waited to be announced and that was that...granted since battle im no longer with the program still felt the need to say something ....we delt with alot of bad sportmanship that weekend and stayed postivie and respectful the entire time.. so we were just happy for the win and that was it ...
