Why do I let these rude people rope me into these dumb arguments. :banghead: That no matter what I say they won't change their mind. They sure are sneaky people tricking me into these fights. I can't even wait for the video of my team to get posted and have people like you attack me. Its going to be a silent day for me.

Clearly you aren't going to change your mind nor will you ever understand what it means to a kid to just have a chance to step onto the floor at worlds on the day that all the fans complain about. It means a lot to a kid to do get a chance. It also means a lot a small gym to even have a handful of kids that could give you that chance.

How is that rude? They openly posted it themselves! And I will tell you one thing, if I ran a gym, I wouldn't be a level 5 team until my team was ready for level 5 skills. This gym was amazing at levels 2 & 3 and pretty decent for the NW in level 4. What's wrong being amazing at different levels? Why go level 5 if you look like this?
My kids have competed in the pacific NW for 11 years (with 7 more to go), and they have competed from Mini 1 to Sr coed 5. My children have won at Cheersport and gotten Silver at Worlds) The one thing I have always appreciated is when ANY TEAM in the Pacific NW has stepped up to push their teams to a new level. Every team that pushes their kids to the next level is helping the Pacific NW to become better as a whole. I have watched the Pacific NW get nothing but better. Champion Cheer has always had very good teams. The ONLY way to push their teams and become a Level 5 team was to go for it. The last thing they need to hear is "why go level 5 if you look like this?". How bout... Yeah another team from the Pacific NW is going for level 5, they need to clean things up abit, but this is great for everyone? JMO

"The ONLY way to push their teams and become a Level 5 team was to go for it." I completely disagree. How about becoming a top level 4 team first and then go 5R and then level 5? What's the rush to be level 5 if you're not ready for it?

There's nothing to change my mind about? You haven't said one thing that pertains to the team I am talking about. And I did understand perfectly what going to worlds completely unprepared and finishing practically last did to some of the girls on that team.

Thank you!!! And I thought I was overreacting by initially getting beyond pissed with her for dissing the entire northwest. South Elite has had their good and bad years too, they had to start from somewhere. Quite a few of these gyms are newerevel 5 teams that haven't had years and years to build up the reputation or a full squad of true 110% level 5 athletes. Both years connect has taken teams to worlds they have placed top 15 in very competitive divisions, so not sure why they keep getting left out. And South Elite does have a second level 5 team that has had its fair share of looking a hot mess too so you might want to stop dissing on level 5 teams when your gym isn't exempt from your own statements..

If you can't tell... Touchy subject for me. I love our territory and I find it appalling that someone would put other local gyms on such blast. Shame on you (and way to represent SE)

I love you so much right now. This is exactly how I feel about the northwest. I stayed for awards just for Diamonds because they were a NW team.

Trying to change your mind on how certain honest hard working gyms do their business to make their clients happy and always striving for that next goal. All right last response to this pointless argument with beastbackmom

It is pointless because haven't responded to one thing I have said with any validity. AGAIN...sorry that's the way it works in Idaho but just because that works that way there doesn't mean it's the case here.

Beastbackmom, there's no point in continuing, this person is obviously so narrow minded. They have no idea about what goes on at that gym or how taboo it is now or anything. They don't know anything except what's going on at their own gym which is fine but then don't act like you know what is going on everywhere.

Abbyandy9, I couldn't agree with you more. Beastbackmom appears to be from the same gym I'm from (but I have my doubts) but we couldn't have a completely different view about the teams from the Pacific NW or our home team if we tried.

They do have one of the best coaches rooms I've cone across (aside from JAMZ nationals jn Vegas, hello bar a comp lol). Have to sneak you in to come watch the comp on flat screen TV's with catered food haha.
lol sneaking me in wouldn't work. I've been around so long that most of the Coaches from this area and the EP know me. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing....
