So LITERALLY the day after I drop all my classes for next semester and I apply to the school back home I find three roommates here up in Jacksonville. Like I want to stay here but now I'm just too tired from dealing with the stress that I rather just go home :(

My team has Nationals next weekend, and the competition only runs on one night, with 2 performances, and estimating those performances will happen around 7:30pm and 9:30pm, providing the competition doesn't get behind schedule, gives me anxiety. That's like past my bed time.

Yeah, but the amount of work they require is crazy. Like you have to put fleece or a snuggle sack in their igloo and you have to bathe them about once a week with a toothbrush because of their spines. And you have to make sure they're in an environment between 75-85 degrees, so some people have special heaters on their cages and what not. They also eat cat food, and I already have a cat, so I guess that works, lol.
One of the girls on my daughters team HAD one. They smell really bad, you have to buy special shampoo to bathe them. Like Aveeno oatmeal bath or something like that. They are very tempermental too. Yes they require alot of work so if you have the time and money then go for it. The odd, strong smell alone is what would change my mind!!

I need help making a grocery list of stuff I can easily make for school that's healthy.

I just got this at the market on my college's campus yesterday and am eating it right now for lunch! I got a thing of Hungry Girl Fold-it Flatbreads, sliced turkey and some shredded mozzarella cheese and put it all together, put it in the microwave to melt the cheese and it's sooo good. I always get fruit cups like the Dole ones, peaches and pears (I know they have some added sugar but it's hard to have actual fruit in the dorms), cereal, etc. I usually get Naked green machine smoothies just to get SOME vegetables in my diet. That's literally my biggest frustration with being at college. I'm the biggest veggie lover out there and can't even get any in the dining halls that aren't slathered in butter sauce or something nasty like that. I've found a love for frozen vegetables but it still isn't the same. Umm granola bars, trail mix, almonds.

ETA: re-reading the original post it sounds like you mean more for high school? In that case, any of the things I mentioned are still great options. For the last three years of high school I had the same thing every day - peanut butter on pita bread, a fiber one granola bar and a cup of peaches. I know it sounds boring having the same thing every day but it was honestly delicious and helped me lose 20 pounds!

Im literally considering getting canned vegetables (which is mainly what I eat anyway) for up at school. Half the time I only see one vegetable when Im in the dining hall and its never just plain. Its always more than one vegetable or it has mushrooms in it so its sauteed.
Canned veggies aren't bad. Just make sure you rinse them because they're canned in a ton of salt.

If you have a fridge with a freezer and a microwave...Costco sells these individually wrapped microwavable "noodle bowls", 6 to a box. It is noodles with soy sauce and vegetables frozen into what looks like a bowl (or a bird's nest lol). You stick it in a microwavable bowl for 3 minutes and it's done. My kids love it as an afterschool snack and it is on the healthier side. If you take them out of the box, they do not take up much room in the freezer either.

How do you overcome an adrenaline crash in the middle of the routine? By the time I get to jumps I am always, just, dead. I'm not panting or sweating and my heart usually isn't too sped up. My body kinda goes numb and it's SO hard to jump and tumble. It's something I've been struggling with for years and it's prevented me from really being able to execute my routine.

Build stamina! That's what helped me get through jumps in the middle-late part of the routine (I despise jumps) my coach would make us run laps around the mat 3 "routine times" in a row...so for 3 straight routines we'd have to run, then after that we would do our running tumbling passes then go straight to jumps, she upped the count for the routine ran time until it was about 8 or so I can't remember, but that helped me a lot! If you don't have continuous access to your gym, go run your neighborhood put on some cheer music and just run! :) Hope i helped!

question, If i wanna change my user name from chipsandsalsa003 (or whatever it is) how do i that?

Tumbled for the second time at GBE tonight, the people there are so nice :)
I remember at Worlds 2012 I asked to get a picture with two of the girls from Lime because I thought they did really well and I'd never heard of the gym before. They were so sweet about it (unlike when I went to go take a picture with a girl from Cali)! I'm convinced between you, your sisters, those girls on GBE, my friend in my comp class, and my friend's parents that all people from Wisconsin are sweet and adorable.
