Whaaaat? How scary!
Omg are u ok
Everything ended up okay. Nobody ever came into the room we were hiding in. We called the cops, but they left before the cops could get there. They shot the guns a few times, but we think they just shot them up in the air since there wasn't any damage anywhere. Then, around 8 this morning, we woke up to someone trying to open the door, no knocking or anything. But they were in their car and pulling out before we could see who it was. I was at a friend's house, so I'm safe at home, but I'm worried for them incase he comes back.:jawdrop: Wasn't hard to spend a safer evening compared to that... Did everything end up OK ?
That sucks. He was awesome.I'm super bummed about Uncle Phil (James Avery) from FPoBA dying. He was my tv dad growing up...well him and Cliff Huxtable.
I absolutely hate the sit down interview specials they do for Dance Moms. This is not Bravo. They aren't the Real Housewives of Anything. It's not this serious. They need to just not with this.
I witnessed something today that I would NEVER wish upon anyone. It hurts to know that there are kids out there who are being treated so badly with what appears to them to be no escape so that they would take their own life. It really sucks knowing that the first thing I saw on the first day of a brand new year was just so traumatizing...
I LOVE EVERYONE and I'm always available to listen & talk if ANYONEEEEEEE needs it.
My boyfriend has two bulging discs right now and had a herniated one two years ago... the first time he had the surgery and had immediate relief, now hes doing the steroid injections and isn't having any luck. The surgery is minimally invasive so it isn't all that bad. If pt and injections aren't helping I'd reccomend the surgery.. you can pm me if you want.Has anyone been/know anyone who has been to the chiropractor for a herniated disc? I have 2 of them in my l4/l5 and my l5/s1 and then one bulging disc. I've been through physical therapy three times and I've had steroid injections twice. Neither of them seem to help and I REALLY don't want to have that kind of surgery at my age. I'm 18 so I can take myself to the chiropractor (and I have to since my mom is 100% against it.) My insurance covers it, but before I go I just want opinions. I'm just wondering if you saw better results than physical therapy/injections?
