What is your email? Its hard to know who people are on here because I dont have emails or last names! Im sorry but I do not check the fierceboard very often. I can tell you I have taken care of all account issues that I have personally received.

Im currently in the process of teaching 3 new staff members on the correct procedures on how to de-activate an account and handle other customer service issues. So please send an email to [email protected] (Say that your Cheer4evah on fierceboard) and I can take care of your account in the next 24 hrs!

Btw starting in August there will be a new customer service department team available by email 24/hrs a day at [email protected] and by phone 1 (877) 92-CHEER on the weekdays 9am-5pm cst!

Just wanted to make sure that I posted here to say that I did hear from Adam via email and he has straightened everything out with the cancellation of my account. I was refunded the $ that was charged after I had attempted to cancel on the site.

I am happy with the resolution to my problem and would use cheerlive again in the future if I have the need.

Like everyone else, I have tried numerous times to cancel my account and have e-mailed them over and over again, but I keep getting charged for my account that no longer exists. Adam or whoever from CheerLive is on here, please message me so we can get this straightened out.

Seems like the olny way to get CheerLive attention is to post on Fierceboard!
so here it goes... GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
I have emailed several times now... and all I got was an 'I'll get back you' email...
When? in the next century? I have waited since the free seven day trail of COA for a reply... its a little sad considering the only people to seem to get a real response is when they go public about them.
 
hmm this is why I don't like subscribing to stuff... and I rely on e-mail as I don't use the phone ...but just to let you all know if you still get charged after cancelling you can go to the bank and get a stop payment! :) I do them allllll the time for customers @ the bank (I'm a p/t teller). Just make sure you have a proof that you've cancelled like print screen the cancellation page and then if cheer live comes back and says your payment didn't go through you can say well i wonder whyyyy!
 
CheerLive I still haven't heard back from anyone! Not in an e-mail or direct message.

Im so sorry your account has been de-active since the time I received your email on July 15th! Your account showed to be charging on the 12th of every month so you should not see any charges this month on the 12th! Im sorry I did not send a response email right away but I checked today and it showed you as an inactive member which means you are no longer making any payments!

Hate to bump this, but I am STILL continuing to be charged even after emailing multiple times, originally cancelling in April (may have even been March). I'll try to email again. This is getting real old.

Glad you bumped it! I can't seem to unsubscribe from cheerlive for the past eight months. I'm just going to take it to my credit card company now and stop payment. I am going to be so angry with cheerlive if I now have to cancel my current credit card and get a new one. I have a lot of bills on auto pay.
