Okay bringing back up the whole fulls on level 5 or whatever...
In my gym, this is our second year with a restricted coed 5 team and they only have about 18 or so and do they have squad tumbling? No. Do they have a majority? Yeah. They also only do two jumps to tuck, they have 2-4 two-to-fulls and 1 one-to-full but they are pretty good I would say. So since its only their second year, of course they had a level four team stacked with level 5 tumblers throwing layouts. Their senior 4 team was amazing I must say and once the coaches felt confident with the amount of level 5 athletes we have (out of 140 kids we have in the gym total) they created a restricted team. Now, with our closest rival being 2 minutes down the road and them having a top 10 worlds team, we have lost some top athletes to them so that may also be the case to many gyms. (Creating restricted meant worlds teams to prevent losing athletes to gyms with worlds team experience).
In conclusion, their is always going to be a gym who creates a restricted team with only 2 fulls, but what are we going to do? Kick them out of the division? If they want to go for it, let them be (as long as its done safely!!!!)

I don't think anyone has an issue with a Restricted 5 team with 2 fulls (or less than half for that matter). It's the Worlds teams (club division, not international) that people are questioning.

Speaking of restricted 5 teams and standing tumbling. I am shocked to see team with majority standing through to fulls. I think of you're throwing full squad standing to fulls you shouldn't be restricted. When it comes to running tumbling on restricted 5, again I'm not really expecting to see full squad fulls. I enjoy a team like Jersey who is solid level 5 stunting but isn't necessarily too strong in stunting.

Restricted 5 is a stepping stone from 4 to 5. It is a level that was created for a need not because we need more divisions.
