i always love the consistency of colors between uniform and bow. this is good example of it. blue is dominant color (also as background). white and black are the strips. just like the uniform

What's up with the back? Is it supposed to say "believe" with some kind of burst behind it? Cause right now it just says beve....
It's just too much all at once. I actually really like the top from the front but then black shorts with it just throws me off and then the side and back view and I'M JUST SO CONFUSED.
I feel like the black shorts would look better as a white skirt...
