Watching the SMOED video it took them 47 seconds to start from when they were announced. Does NCA not give deductions for taking more than 30 seconds? I thought NCA and Worlds were the 2 comps that did.

I wish more comps started enforcing this. It's super obnoxious to take that long. Just get to your dang spot. Get all your hugs and secret handshakes out before you step onto the mat. Can you imagine if every team did that? NCA would be a 5 day event.
