If I have it correct, the paid bid pays just for the registration fee, so what is The Summit registration fee??

From my understanding a pd bid pays summit reg, Disney park hopper and stay in Allstar resort. Flight not included. Hope this helps...

You can pull from going I would imagine but teams need to accept within 48 hours usually in order to hold their spot or "accept their bid"

Yes, the at-large bid would then just get passed down to whoever was next in line when your team got the at-large.

it also pays for their stay in the hotel which includes their park hopper passes
