One of our Juniors came to practice on Saturday and her scorpion had improved drastically so I thought I'd share it.
She had decent flexibility but I don't know where she pulled this from, her first ever competition is this weekend so I guess she has been stretching like crazy at home. And yeah they have Herman Munster shoes but they came with the uniform lol
