Different teams go to different events and some of the scheduling depends on who still needs a bid and who is "ready" when. It isn't really "top secret", but it just fluctuates too much to make it worth publicizing.

He's 37 and I think his name is Hal. At least, that's what I've come across on instagram. He posts a lot of selfies on the #ioc6 hashtag, which I peruse frequently.
