Actually- I remember hearing about somewhere in the Midwest (I think?) minor girls who willingly sent shots of themselves to someone/posted them online were NOT charged with child pornography (which is what they started to do in order to 'protect' the girls from themselves), because the judge said it was a protected thing? Or something? I can't remember the details..I've been trying to find it.Sorry, you are wrong here! She is a victim. She is a minor, did she show poor judgement? absolutely, but the reason we have laws protecting minors from predatory adults is because their brains are still developing, they do not have all the tools in place (biologically and environmentally) to protect themselves.
ETA: Things like this always make me sad. It is because of the 'Girl/Boy-Who-Cried-Wolf' Few that the 'Real-Victim' many are viewed with suspicion..we have such a blame-culture when it comes to sexual assault/rape BECAUSE you have those people who cry foul for whatever selfish reasons of their own (money, notoriety, retaliation for a perceived 'wrong'). Not saying this girl is lying, obviously not..but it always makes me think about it.
