Cheer Stretches!!!
Cheer Stretches! Ok, we have to keep very flexible between tryouts and cheer practice season. No skimping out on stretches! :) It's for your own good! When you wake up each morning sit up and do the butterfly first and stretch your arms before you handle the other stretches. Stretching releases hormones that give you energy so it's like a energy shot to your day. Before you get ready make sure your nice and stretched out all over its a great feeling trust me.
An hour before you go to bed touch your toes and do all of your stretches every night.:) If i didn't do this on my two off cheering years I probably wouldn't have made it! I did and do a lot of yoga it's an amazing feeling.
