Agree with you here. Between our gyms we went to three of these competitions last year. All of them were complete and total CRAP. The scoring was stupid at best. Judges seemed clueless in comments on sheets. I had a 4.2 team told to add BHS immediately after jump to max out. A youth 2 told to add more variety in baskets to increase score. A senior 4 told to take out the pause after jumps before tucks to score higher. The owner is a jerk at best. The person who said "Buy-a-Bid Nationals" was dead on. Instead of having your parents pay 20 bucks a day to get in, just charge them all a 20 dollar fee and apply to your worlds teams fund and skip any and all of these events. They are terrible to say the least.

I haven't laughed so hard at a post in a LONG time. Thank you thank you thank you!
