Has anyone ever heard/seen of coaches having the flyers, bases, other athletes go on diets to make them stonger, more muscular, etc.? Not because of weight but to make them physically stronger and build up muscle. I remember at my old gym my coach had all the flyers (which was me) go on a little protein diet (not crazy eating, but just a little more meat to build our muscles) and it seemed to work! The parents had a say in it, and it wasn't forced onto us, the athletes had a choice to do it. How would you feel if your coach had you or your cp on a 'diet' (not a full on diet, just eating a little more of whatever) and how would you approach it if you didn't fully agree on the coaches intentions.
