Energy Boosting Foods To Eat Before Practice?

3rd post, These are great suggestions, time is very limited so any ideas of things that I can throw together for my 2 girls or they can for themselves before practice is apreciated! I used to always grab them fast food, thankfully that is rare now.
 
We always tell our girls to eat a protein and a carb that's easy to grab on their way out
Cut up apples with peanut butter
String cheese with grapes
a few lowfat grahm crackers crumbled into yogurt is a fave

That's an awesome idea! Quick and easy is always good nowa days!
