I love when teams are true to their level. It is so frustrating to me when coaches take a team that should be level 4 and make it level 3 just so they can win. It's not challenging their athletes to reach there potential. When a team can be a true level 3 (or any level for that matter) and still get a trophy, that means the world to me.

I like when teams...
-land ALL tumbling, i don't like seeing people touch down/fall!
-end the routine with something really original.. not just a head flick to the name of their team
-get new uniforms
-celebrate at the end of the routine because they know they hit fiercer than ever (like maddie gardner after prelims@worlds last year! )
