I Need Tips On Stretches To Get Skills You Have With One Leg, Onto The Other.

Hey guys, i have my scorpion and bow and arrow, buts its with the opposite leg i stunt with. any stretches, tips, anything to help get the skills over. thanks alot. xoxo.
 
I have the same problem at the moment (especially since I have a pulled hamstring right now :( ) You really just need to stretch how you stretched your other leg but on the different side. For the scorpion try doing a split but elevate the back leg by using a book or stack of pillows then bend the back leg up and try to grab it.
 
i have the same problem. for scorpions/needles go into a split and lean back and grab your back leg and when it becomes easy to do that try doing an over split and leaning back and grabbing your leg. for heel stretches/bow and arrows go into a split and lean forward and grab your foot like you are pulling a bow and arrow or go into a doorway and pull a split in the doorway and pull a bow and arrow on it
