Killer Workouts? Please Help.

I think it could definetly could help with flexibility. I'm quite flexible, even at my age lol, but I find I am already more flexible in my hips, calves, and hamstrings. My back flexibility has improved as well. I think it would be a nice addition to your workout to warm them up, get the muscles stretching in ways that are different than cheer stretches and then move into split stretches, etc.

I googled and saw you can order it through beach body, but couldn't find how long the workouts are.

There are several different workouts. Fundamentals is about 30 minutes-shows you how to properly do all the movements. Then there is an Upper body that's about 24 minutes, lower body about 24 minutes, Sweat which is about 35 minutes. On the second disc there is a core workout that's about 30 minutes, buns also about 30, and then strength intervals (not sure on those yet, haven't gotten that far). There's also an additional disc which I haven't tried which is supposed to be a more advanced workout.
