my stunt group struggled with full ups all season. our coach got us to tried it this way.
took maybe 3 attempts and from them onways we got it 100% everytime.
LOVE IT!

I saw so many teams at AmeriCheer doing the new way this weekend - I think it looks a little odd when it's in the point stunt group, but if you add some cute choreo to it could be great!

*as judges we are told to look at the hips of the flyer to determine the amount of rotation, and any obvious EXCESSIVE rotation of the bases during twisting mounts.
This grip will not negatively affect your score.
The bases stay put and the flyers hips rotate 360 degrees. If that's not considered full up, then I don't know what a full up is.

I still need to see it in slowmo without the guy blocking the view. :)

load in like a regular full up
cross left foot in front
base on the flyers left still holds the left foot
base on the right still holds the right foot
base to the left of the flyer grabs the heel with their right hand the same way the other base is holding the toe with their right hand

on the way up
neither base lets go of their right hand
both bases let go with their left hand
and they both rotate their right hands to make the twist happen and finish with their thumbs facing away from themselves
