F5 practices/conditioning are INSANE. You may not have a whip doub but you'll sure feel bad about yourself after watching them....

I've watched an ACE practice when my daughter was considering going to the University of Alabama. We really liked how nice the coaches spoke to the athletes and how hard the athletes worked.

I've watched every twisters team practice and have obvs attended my own twisters practices lol. I used to practice at the same time as F5 and when I first joined I was always in awe. I now live in canada so it's hard to watch anymore practices from here from teams in the states lol but I've also watched University of Western practice and they're amazing as well. I was honored to be invited to watch as they never let people watch unless they're alumni.
