Tumbling 75% Question

I know tis is asked and answered, but try as I might I can't find the old thread. Is the 75% rounded up or down if it comes out to a decimal? And if a skill isn't thrown completely does it reflect in the difficulty or technique score?

It depends. And yes if a skill is not finished it will have points deducted
