i busted my layout one day at practice i roundoff then i started a really nice clean high layout and then i somehow stopped in mid air fell straight on my neck. my coaches had to call an ambulance because they didnt wanna move me because i was pretty high off the ground.

I did the same thing when I tumbled. For some reason when my coach would say I'm not spotting you I would change my form and not give it enough power because I was scared. In reality that's about the dumbest thing you could do but it made sense at the time. haha
