for practice:

cheer shoes
water; which gets taken into the gym!
and like my phone and stuff....but obvisily gets taken out!
and some quaters and stuff.
ocasionally and extra shirt and shorts

for comp:

i wear spandex so i have my skirt in my bag
food
makeup
water
i wear a shirt there and when i have to go to warm up i put it in my bag.

you guys have TONSSS of stuff in yourr bags...daannng!

I agree with @INeverStopCheering ... people the moms on the team dread when I ask them to hold my bag to competitions haha!
My practice bag has:
-Lucky bow! <3
-Water bottle
-Money
-Phone
-A pen! Always comes in handy..
-Shoes
-Flip flops
-Deodorant and body spray
-Tylenol
And a bunch of random papers that I keep forgetting to take out... hehe

Haha, our coaches dont let us wear cheer shoes there because they are only allowed on comp. floor so they stay extra white, they are custom made with crystals that say our team name
