Has anyone done a couch to 5k program on a treadmill? I'm not a fan of running outside since I still haven't learned my way around the area even though this is my third year here...

Part of me hopes getsum really lives in Cali because that would mean Cali is getting some well deserved rain. I would get very excited for them. [emoji41][emoji41]
I'm guessing somewhere near Los Angeles.

ETA: the Ventura area also wouldn't surprise me though.

**Don't mind me, just one of the girls here**

Not on the treadmill, but it can be done. Road running is a little harder, since the street isn't moving under you, but it's pretty close. Are you dinging it online or in a clinic? Online, you should be fine. In person clinic might be a bit tougher if everyone else is road running. They might have a bit better stamina from the slightly harder workouts.

I was just going to download one of the apps or find a program online.

ugh so i officially started my new job yesterday, i volunteered to stay behind and help prep. i cant tell if it was a good idea or a bad one considering one of the chefs had my chop tomatoes for three hours, only to find out she made me do the wrong ones and i had to start all over. If anything they learned that i now hate chopping tomatoes, lol. :banghead:

I've just found out a few days ago that a thing called "burrito bowls" exists. Since a ton of my favorite foods are in them, I want to make them at home (there is sadly no place here that sells them). I've found a couple of recipes on pinterest, but still have some questions:
- Is there anything that HAS to be in them?
- Does anyone have a great recipe for them (or for certain ingredients)?
- What do you like to have in yours?
- Anything else I need to know before I try to make them?

Your answers:
-Chipotle
-Chipotle
-Chipotle
-Chipotle

(I realize this isn't helpful because you don't have Chipotle, which is a crime)

Traditionally, burrito bowls are just bowls consisting of anything you would put in a burrito. But you really can't go wrong. There are no rules! My go to is usually rice, black beans, meat of choice (at Chipotle it's usually barbacoa), pico, corn salsa, medium salsa, cilantro, cheese and sour cream. Guacamole if the wallet allows it.

im trying to decide if this nicole arbour chick is an idiot or a genius.

Is she the Dear Fat people bimbo?

She's an idiot that achieved going viral by being an idiot and a hateful attention seeking narcissist.

And her manner of speaking and mannerisms in general copied Jenna Marbles, so if she was going to do all this I wish she could have at least been remotely original in terms of personality
