Ok I know I posted about the roku before. But that's what I'm planning on streaming NCA with. Should I get the roku stick or the box? And how do each of them connect? Is there an hdmi cord id need to buy? Sorry for so many questions [emoji1]

A girl in my grade made a GoFundMe for her beach week trip...... It included multiple grammatical errors. Classically, I thought of Fierce Board

I've seen one from a 30 year old woman asking for money for a Vegas trip. She broke down the budget of how much she was asking for, like $300 for the room, $500 for a flight and "money to gamble with." SHE LITERALLY OPENLY ASKED PEOPLE TO GIVE HER MONEY TO GABLE AWAY.

We have the stick and the stick itself plugs directly into an HDMI port on your TV/Computer I have no idea about the box, but I would assume it would connect similar to a cable box, but I don't know if it comes with a cable.

Hate when people abuse Gofundme. A girl I graduated high school with posted one asking for money for grad school since she can't afford it. Well neither can I but there's no way I'd feel okay asking other people to ask to pay for it.

i love the idea of go fund me, but i find more and more people abuse it now a days. I get people go through rough patches and need money, but anything that isnt medical, death, the homeless or extreme emergency related i tend to frown upon when im on that site. This might make me a slight b***. But if you cant afford car repairs, get a bus pass, if you cant afford your dream vacation, then dont go on one, the high school prom one's always make me laugh too. The only one's I tend to let slide are college funds, cause ive been there and college aint cheap.

I love our fans but people sitting behind me today were just yikes.
1). They were trying to grab our poms while we were cheering
2). Every time we had our hands up they'd yell "I can't see!"
3). They made a cheerleader take a picture for them (I would have said no) and they asked her while we were cheering
4). They kept yelling " we want the Pom girls" b/c apparently they know a dancer.

They were grown adults. Pathetic.

I don't know of a comprehensive list but I know that Davie County and Ledford competed.

Edit: I found more....

Forbush, Cox Mill, Cardinal Gibbons, and Northeastern as well. That seems to be it.

Cox Mill has the sickest colors. I just wish their cheer team would use the teal in their uniforms (their colors are teal and purple, for those of you who don't know).

This is going to sound morbid but bear with me:

The more I see GoFundMe requests for funeral/burial money, the more I feel the need to tell folks to make sure they have life insurance on themselves and their children if they are able to get it.
Sigh... you can't even die for free.

I dont see a lot of gofundme links (perks of not really being on social media) but of the ones I do see, I think the funeral/burial GoFundMes are the most heart breaking for me to see :(

My mom called me and ask if she should make my sister one for the Summit costs last year and I literally screeched at her. To me, GoFundMe should be for necessities, not NICEities. Nothing wrong with fundraising for cheer, but provide something in exchange instead of just plastering your link everywhere. Sell bows, go work concessions, go wash some cars...do SOMETHING! I'm much more inclined to help those willing to work for it.
