I just use coconut oil to cleanse. I have pretty dry skin in the winter, but it works just as well in the summer.

They are but they are also walking and throwing baskets. We just got the routine so baskets haven't actually been thrown yet...they'll have to slow down then I think. We've clapped through it, maybe the metronome thing will work.

That's what I thought!! I didn't want to criticize her too much because there seemed to be a lot of coaches on the webinar enjoying it. It wasn't useful to me at all!

I was so excited when I figured this out!! I also like that it looks a little more muted than pencil. I could never get my pencil to "smudge" evenly.

I use Stay Don't Stray from Benefit as a primer (UD's primer dries out my lids) and then put it on dry. I love it because I can get close to the lash line and it's quite a bit more forgiving than a pencil, liquid, or gel.

I recently started just using the black shadow in my Naked 2 with an angled brush as my eyeliner and think it's easier to apply than a pencil or liquid.

We use the Chasse Ace for Jr. High cheer and I just tell all the girls to order up a half size. This year I had two girls that had to go up a full size but out of 24 girls 2 isn't that bad. Some of the girls that tumble a lot complained they didn't have a lot of cushioning on the gym floor but...

I know some high schools have their cheerleaders coach the local jr. high team as well. How does that work? Do they come to the high school to practice? Do you go to their school? Cheerleading takes up so much time, I'm just wondering how you fit in time to coach the younger girls as well...
