what is stick it?

Stick it is where you get in a big circle and you ripple standing tucks (Or jumps to back when the rounds go for a while). If you land your tuck, don't take any steps or bobbles, then you are still in. If you throw a tuck and you don't land, take a step of any sort, you are out and have to lay on your back and do crunches until the game is over....

I like it! We warm up in a circle every once in a while, but have never done it for conditioning or a "game"
 
standing tucks are my idea of "fun" conditioning, or you lot are skiving so go do standing tucks and actually do some work!
Last summer we had a conditioning class that had one of our acro trios come along to train as they were unable to make a floor day. Anyway the top had left and the 2 bases were meant to be joining in with the conditioning but were driving me mad. They got sent to a corner to do tucks till I told them to stop. I might have forgotten about them and after they had done 40 they came over to ask if they could stop as their abs were killing. They are now my poster children for doing your conditioning when you are told without complaining, and they still like doing standing tuck offs but only because they know they'll win lol
